개인정보 처리방침

이 서비스는 계정이 없고, 개인을 특정할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 그래서 이 서비스가 털려도 가져갈 것이 없습니다. 이름도 연락처도 주소도 우리 쪽에 없습니다.

다만 이 사이트는 클라우드플레어를 거쳐 열리는데, 클라우드플레어가 방문 기록을 남기는 스크립트를 우리 페이지에 자동으로 끼워 넣습니다. 우리가 넣은 것이 아니라서 브라우저가 그것을 거부하도록 막아 두었습니다. 그래서 그 기록은 나가지 않습니다. 다만 태그 자체는 앞단이 계속 넣고 있어서, 무슨 일이 있는지 알고 계시는 편이 낫다고 보아 적어 둡니다. 쿠키는 쓰지 않습니다.

• 검색어는 이 브라우저 안에서만 다룹니다. 지역 목록은 페이지를 열 때 이미 화면에 들어 있고, 거르는 일은 브라우저가 합니다. 검색어도, 어떤 지역을 열어 봤는지도 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
• 서버가 받는 익명 사용 신호는 이렇습니다: 단계 이름(방문, 지역 고르기, 법원 열람, 시행예정 열람, 바깥 링크 누름, 공유, 첫 입력), 화면 언어, 우리가 우리 링크에 적어 둔 유입 라벨(링크에 들어 있는 짧은 단어를 되읽는 것이고, 브라우저가 주는 리퍼러가 아닙니다), 그리고 오신 날짜(연월일까지, 시각은 없습니다). IP 주소와 기기 정보(User-Agent), 쿠키, 리퍼러는 읽지 않습니다.
• 위 신호는 단기 서버 로그로만 쓰이며 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 운영비를 대려고 구글 애드센스 광고를 화면에 실을 수 있고, 이 경우 구글이 광고를 위해 쿠키나 광고 식별자를 쓸 수 있습니다(구글 정책을 따릅니다). 검색어와 열어 본 지역은 여전히 서버로도 광고로도 전송되지 않습니다.
• 기록 삭제 = 브라우저 사이트 데이터 삭제로 즉시 완결됩니다(서버에 남는 개인 기록이 없습니다).
• 대법원과 국가법령정보센터로 가는 링크를 누르면 그 사이트의 방침이 적용됩니다. 우리는 그쪽에 아무것도 넘기지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy

This service has no accounts and collects nothing that identifies a person. If it were breached, there would be nothing to take. We hold no names, no contacts, no addresses.

This site is served through Cloudflare, and Cloudflare injects a visit-logging script into our pages on its own. We did not add it, so we tell the browser to refuse it. No such record leaves your browser. The tag itself keeps arriving from the edge, so we state it here rather than leave you guessing. We set no cookies.

• Search terms stay in your browser. The district list is already in the page when it loads, and the filtering is done by the browser. Neither your search terms nor the districts you open are sent to the server.
• The anonymous usage signals the server receives are: a step name (arrive, district pick, court view, upcoming view, outbound link, share, first input), the screen language, a campaign label we put in our own links (read back from the link, not a browser referrer), and the date of your visit (year, month, day; no clock time). IP address, User-Agent, cookies and referrer are not read.
• These signals are used only in short-lived server logs and are not shared with third parties. To cover running costs we may show Google AdSense ads, in which case Google may use cookies or advertising identifiers (per Google's policies). Search terms and the districts you open are still never sent to the server or to ads.
• Deleting your record = clearing this site's browser data, which completes it (no personal record remains on the server).
• Links to the Supreme Court and the Korean Law Information Center take you to those sites, where their policies apply. We hand them nothing.

• 検索語はこのブラウザの中だけで扱います。地域の一覧はページを開いた時点で画面に入っており、絞り込みはブラウザが行います。検索語も、どの地域を開いたかもサーバーには送りません。
• サーバーが受け取るのは匿名の利用シグナルのみです: ステップ名(訪問、地域選択、裁判所閲覧、施行予定閲覧、外部リンクの押下、共有、最初の入力)、表示言語、私たちが自分のリンクに書き込んだ流入ラベル(リンクに含まれる短い単語を読み返すもので、ブラウザのリファラーではありません)、そして訪問した日付(年月日まで、時刻は含みません)。IPアドレス・端末情報・クッキー・リファラーは読みません。
• これらのシグナルは短期のサーバーログでのみ使われ、第三者に提供されず、広告・分析SDKも使いません。
• ブラウザのサイトデータを削除すれば、あなたの側の記録はすべて消えます(サーバーに個人の記録は残っていません)。
